Maintenance schedule

We restart our live gateways at the following times:

CME Globex. Saturday 02:15 CT
All ICE venues. Sunday 09:45 UTC
All other datasets. Sunday 10:30 UTC

All clients will be disconnected during this time. It is recommended to wait 15 minutes after the scheduled restart time before reconnecting.

Additionally, we may restart our gateways mid-week. While we generally post these mid-week restarts on our status page, we may perform these restarts without notice due to an urgent fix. You should configure your client to handle reconnecting automatically.

While some exchanges are closed on Saturday, our systems are still connected to the exchange feeds. The exchange may send test data, and our gateways will disseminate this data to all connected clients. If you are not interested in receiving this test data, we recommend you disconnect after the Friday close and reconnect on Sunday after the scheduled restart.
